Compressor Troubleshooting and Solutions

This document is a user manual for equipment fault troubleshooting and solutions. It mainly lists six fault scenarios, and analyzes the possible causes and corresponding solutions respectively:

1. High unit exhaust temperature (exceeding 100°C)
- Possible causes involve various aspects such as lubricating oil level, cooling system, solenoid valve, motor, and sensor. For example, too low lubricating oil level, dirty oil cooler, and faulty oil - cut solenoid valve.
- Solutions include refueling, cleaning or replacing relevant components, and increasing cooling water volume.

2. High differential pressure of oil filter
- Possible causes are poor lubricating oil quality, un - reset differential pressure gauge, and dirty lubricating oil.
- Solutions include replacing lubricating oil, resetting the differential pressure gauge, and replacing the filter.

3. High differential pressure of air filter
- Caused by poor external environment, un - reset differential pressure gauge, and improper storage and use environment of the air filter.
- Can be solved by improving the environment, resetting the differential pressure gauge, and replacing the filter.

4. High unit oil consumption or high oil content in compressed air
- Related to lubricating oil quantity, oil return pipe, exhaust pressure, safety valve, etc. For example, too much lubricating oil, blocked oil return pipe.
- Solutions include adjusting oil level, cleaning the oil return pipe, and replacing the safety valve.

5. Oil Separator alarm
- Reasons include damage to separator - related components, overdue use of filters, and circuit faults.
- Solutions are to replace components, replace relevant filters simultaneously, and reset the differential pressure gauge.

6. Oil separator explosion and fire
- Caused by high temperature, poor environment, aging of electrical appliances/circuits, and static electricity.
- It is necessary to eliminate the causes of high temperature and static electricity, improve the environment, and replace electrical appliances/circuits.
