Description

Welding fume is sucked into the air inlet of the equipment through the universal dust hood by the gravitational force of the fan. It is equipped with a fire arresting net at the air inlet, and sparks are retained as they pass through it. As a result, the welding fume enters the settling chamber. Under the effect of gravity and upward airflow, large particles of fume and dust will first descend directly to the ash hopper. The particulate fume is trapped on the outer surface by the filter cartridge, while the clean gas is purified by the filter cartridge and then flows into the clean room from the center of the cartridge and is discharged through the air outlet to meet the standard.Then the pulse dust-cleaning will remove the dust on the surface of the filter cartridge.
