Description
The air filter primarily filters dust and impurities from the air. It prevents dust and impurities from entering the main unit, which can cause oil degradation, oil filter and oil fine separator blockages. The air filter acts as a silencer during no-load discharge.
Poor air quality can shorten the lifespan of the main unit, cause blockages in the oil separator, cooler, oil filter, and oil shut-off valve, leading to overheating of the oil-air mixture, reduced bearing lifespan, motor overload, wear of the intake valve spring, and seal leakage. The air filter is designed to prevent these issues from occurring.
The air filter media used in the company's air filters are made from pure imported wood pulp filter media from HV Company in the United States and Ahlstrom Company in South Korea. They filter out dust, sand, moisture, oil mist and other impurities suspended in the ambient air, preventing premature wear of the screw rotor and premature blockage of the oil filter and oil-gas separator
